If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with using our services We invite You to review our policy on refunds.
The following terms are applicable for any subscription that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company – (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Cryowatch LLC.
- Subscriptions – refer to the items offered for sale on the Services.
- Orders – mean a request by You to purchase Subscriptions from Us.
- Services – refers to the Website.
- Device – each added device for monitoring in the Services
- Website – refers to Cryowatch site, accessible from https://cryowatch.com
- You means the individual accessing or using the Services, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Services, as applicable.
Purchasing a subscription
All customers who register each new Device in the Services receive free full access for a period of 14 days to the data in the Services of this new Device. The number of Devices in your account is unlimited.
Free 14 day trial DOES NOT REQUIRE PAYMENT CARD DETAILS OR OTHER PAYMENT METHOD DETAILS and it’s completely and absolutely free without limitations.
We will send you an email reminding you when your trial period ends. After the 14-day free trial, access to this Device’s data on the Services will be blocked.
You can extend access to the data of this Device in the Services through a paid subscription. A Paid Subscription provides our customers with access to data on the Services of the selected Device for the duration of the Subscription Period, which means a monthly, annual or other access period as described in the selected Subscription Plan.
A description of each subscription plan can be found on our website https://cryowatch.com. A paid subscription for the selected Device is activated by an activation code that our customers receive by email after completing the ordering and payment process. The activation code is unique and can only be used once per selected Device to activate the purchased subscription period.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
Because you can use the Services during a free 14-day trial period without restrictions, as described in this policy and the Services rules, you can fully test the quality of the Services before you are required to make any payments, therefore all payments for activated Services Subscriptions are not refundable.
A refund is only possible if an activation code was purchased but was not activated within 14 days from the date of purchase.
If you have an issue with your account or believe there has been a billing error, please contact us for further assistance at https://cryowatch.com/contact/. Refunds will only be made if required by law. Any refund request may result in cancellation of your subscription and blocking of your access to your Device data in the Services.
Gifts
If a subscription was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and then shipped directly to you, the subscription will not be refunded.
If the Items were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the gift-giver sent the Subscription to himself to give to you at a later date, We will issue a refund to the gift-giver.
