1. Open CryoWatch Dashboard: https://dashboard.cryowatch.com/

2. In the Dashboard window press the [Add new] button. 

3. Proceed with Magmon adding wizard. 

The CryoWatch Platform supports both versions of GE Magnet Monitor: 3 and 4.

Every CryoWatch customer who registers a new Magnet Monitor is granted free, complete access for 14 days. You can have an unlimited amount of Magnet Monitors on your account. The Magnet Monitor’s unique serial number is necessary for registration. YOU DON’T NEED TO PROVIDE THE DETAILS OF YOUR CREDIT CARD OR ANY OTHER PAYMENT METHOD TO START A FREE 14-DAY TRIAL. IT’S COMPLETELY FREE WITHOUT ANY RESTRICTIONS. We’ll notify you via email once your free trial is about to expire. Access to this Magnet Monitor’s data in the CryoWatch Platform shall be restricted beyond the 14-day free trial period. By purchasing a subscription, you can extend your access to the Magnet Monitor’s data in the CryoWatch Platform.

Sharing your system with your teammates, who also use the CryoWatch system – is a great opportunity for collaborative monitoring to prevent helium loss. You only need to know your colleague's e-mail address. Sharing allows your teammate to get alarms, and read data and settings but doesn’t allow him to change them. Subscription renewal is acceptable for shared Magmons.

Alarm rules – thresholds of critical conditions that require immediate reaction. If the data received from a Magnet Monitor meets a certain condition of the alarm rules, the CryoWatch platform sends every hour a notification message via email, the Cryowatch App(coming soon, Q1 2024), Telegram and Viber messengers, or SMS. Please get in touch with us, if you need an additional alarm rule.

Warning rules – thresholds of conditions that require attention. If the data received from a Magnet Monitor meets a certain condition of the warning rules, the CryoWatch platform sends every 8 hours a notification message via email, the Cryowatch App(coming soon, Q1 2024), Telegram and Viber messengers, or SMS. Please get in touch with us, if you need an additional warning rule.

The Telegram bot connection:

1. Open CryoWatch Dashboard: https://dashboard.cryowatch.com/  

2. In the Dashboard window proceed to [Account] – [Notification settings] – [Telegram settings]. Press the button [Connect Telegram bot].

3. Connect the Telegram bot and start receiving Telegram notifications.

The Viber bot connection:

2. In the Dashboard window proceed to [Account] – [Notification settings] – [Viber settings]. Press the button [Connect Viber bot].

3. Connect the Viber bot and start receiving Viber notifications.
